Raphael Duarte changes to the Bundesliga
It had already been home to it, now it is official: Raphael Duarte becomes assistant coach of SV Werder Bremen. This was confirmed by the Bundesliga club on Thursday afternoon.

Since Steffen’s signature in Bremen Around two weeks ago, Bremen worked intensively on the commitment of the 29-year-old Luxembourg. Duarte who owns the UEFA A license was switched to SV Elversberg in February 2022 as an assistant coach. Together with Steffen, after half a year he celebrated the promotion to the 3rd league and then as a third division champion the direct marching through to the 2nd Bundesliga. Most recently, both had the Bundesliga promotion in the relegation against Heidenheim with Elversberg Missed.
Before his engagement in Elversberg, Duarte already gained experience as an assistant coach of the French club AS Nancy and as the chief coach of Canach in honor promotion. « Raphael is a young, innovative trainer who is a very good addition to Horst for us and has already gained a lot of experience at a high level at his age, » says Fritz.
