The man, 46, beat him, locked him in the rooms, broke his two ribs, forced him to quarrel all his property … The Varazdin Municipal State Attorney’s Office charged him with the extortion and unlawful subtraction of freedom, for which he was sentenced to a single imprisonment of three years and two months at the Varaždin Municipal Court.

However, Odra Varazdin appealed the verdict, considering that he was too close to all the circumstances of the criminal offenses, and the Pula County Court accepted this appeal and raised a 46-year-old to four years.

ODO in Varaždin, on March 11, 2024, after an investigation, he filed an indictment against the 46-year-old for extortion and unlawful seizure of freedom before the Varaždin court.

He was charged with, from October 7 to 22, 2023, in the village of Ludbreg, after arranging with a 49-year-old to rent a part of his housing house, he asked him to agree to conclude a lifelong maintenance contract in his favor so that he transferred all his real estate, real estate and money in his accounts to him.

When the 49-year-old refused, he began threatening him and became physically violent to him, breaking two ribs and forcing him to drink more alcoholic beverages.

Because of all of the above and fear for his life, the 49-year-old signed and certified a lifetime maintenance agreement with which the 46-year-old, after his death, gives into ownership of all his real estate, movable, money and claims with a total of at least 120,000.00 euros.

After that, the bully took him a wallet, a bank card, an ID and a mobile phone, and held him for several days locked in hotel rooms in Stubičke Toplice and the Holy Cross of Zacretje and forced him to drink alcoholic beverages.

After his arrest, he was appointed an investigative prison for the risk of repeating crimes.
