QR on study documents. Applying the code, on the Government’s table

The government will approve in the meeting on Wednesday, by decision, the extension of the implementation of the measure regarding the application of the QR code on the documents of studies in pre -university education and higher education.

‘This project proposes the modification of art. 3, paragraphs (2) and (3) of GD no.30/2024 in the sense of the prophet of the term from which all study documents will contain the QR code. Thus, paragraphs (2) and (3) are modified as follows: ‘(2) starting with the school year 2025 – 2026, the study documents are to contain as a distinctive element a QR code. (…) Currently, due to the existing developments of the SIIIR computer application only the studies provided in article 2 (1), letter D) – E), letter p) – q), as well as paragraph (2) letter c) of GD no. 30/2024 can be issued with QR code in the school year 2024 – 2025 ‘, it is shown in the note of foundation of the project with reference to pre -university education.

Regarding the higher education system, it is proposed to modify GD no. 1225/2024 which, at present, regulates regarding the types of content and the format of studies acts that are issued to the graduates of higher education, registered in the first year of studies starting with the academic year 2024 – 2025.

‘Preventing possible dysfunctions and uniforming the measures to be taken by the higher education institutions/Romanian Academy, for the issuance of studies with QR code, is required to gradually application of the QR code on the study documents, in the sense that in the academic year 2025- 2026 it will be applied on the certificate of graduation of the course.
For the learning of the Romanian language, and from the academic year 2026-2027 it should be applied to the rest of the study documents’, according to the foundation note.

The government will approve, by decision, the removal from the state reserves of a quantity of diesel-25 tonnes of diesel worth 100,000 lei excluding-and its granting as an emergency internal humanitarian aid, for free, for the protection of the population in Alba county, affected by the landslide produced in the village of Lunca, in April 2025.

The executive will approve, by memorandum, the report of analysis and efficiency of public expenses in the field of environment.

The memorandum is mentioned, there are also a series of measures to make public expenses more efficient: the realization, annually, the plan of artificial regeneration, for all the areas in which races were executed, under the conditions provided by law; improving strategic environmental planning; Creating the legal and institutional framework for reporting and exchange of information with the European Commission in the field of air quality and reducing atmospheric emissions; Development and optimization of the national air quality monitoring network according to the European legislative provisions; strengthening the reports on environmental status to European and international institutions, updating the legal framework in force, for the efficiency and transparency of activities in the forest sector; Improve the process of preventing and combating illegal facts in the forestry field, which concerns the cases of illegal trees.
