The special tribunal of the Council of Europe on the crime of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine will not judge the ruler of Russia Vladimir Putin as long as he is in the post of president.

Details: The special tribunal, which is planned to create Western countries in the Hague (Netherlands) on the basis of the Council of Europe to investigate the crime of aggression against Ukraine, will not be able to judge Vladimir Putin until he is in the post of President of the Russian Federation.
