The law on the criminal offense is recognized by the army discrediting or calling on sanctions to Russia.

In the future, it will be illegal in Russia to provide assistance to the decisions of international organizations that are not members of Russia.

This will, for example, have the decisions of the International Criminal Court, which in April 2023 issued Putin’s detention warrant.

Another law prohibits « foreign agents » – a designation used to target the Kremlin and Ukrainian offensive critics – to carry out any educational activities or to be on the boards of state -owned enterprises.

Foreign agents can now be considered to be those who help international organizations that have excluded Russia or call for sanctions to impose sanctions on one of Putin’s decrees signed by Putin.

Russia adopted the law on foreign agents in 2012. In order to reduce their legitimacy, the people who have been granted this designation must be stated in any public statements they provide.

However, recently, Moscow has stepped up the rules by prohibiting advertising in the media owned by « foreign agents » and against their royalties for their creative works.

The list of « foreign agents » now includes about a thousand people and organizations, including well -known musicians, writers and journalists.

It has forced many of them to go exile, sometimes retaining properties in Russia because they had to flee suddenly.

The law signed on Monday also provides for the confiscation of property for those convicted of charges of these articles of law.
