After the conversation, this impression was further confirmed by the way the two presidents reacted.

Moscow wants to trade with the United States as soon as « bloodshed » in Ukraine, said the head of the White House and added that Russia could create a huge number of jobs and earn very much money. « Radical » differences in reactions

That is why the analyst estimates that the two presidents in reality talk about some completely other topics, primarily about bilateral economic relations between Russia and the US: « when Tramp is now so looking forward to the future establishment of trading relationships with Russia. »

For Ukraine and its European Allies, this means nothing good, says Komin, « because it shows that Putin’s plan around the negotiation is making progress. » And that plan, as our interlocutor says, consists of two points: the number one is that Donald Tramp must not irritate, in order to prevent it from helping Ukraine more. This is about additional sanctions against Russia or the new, even greater delivery of the Ukraine’s weapons, says Komin: « Kremlin wants tramp in any case to remain at least neutral. » And that starts for his hand, an analyst adds.

And the point of two in Putin’s strategy is that it does not agree with anything, that he does not agree to compromise and continue the attack on Ukraine, says Komin. The Kremlin sees no reason to end the war now, because, according to his opinion, the situation on the front is developing in favor of Russia, he is considered an expert from Vienna. The komin adds that there is no talk about some global isolation of Russia, and that is why our interlocutor is of the opinion that the tactic of difficulties at this time for Kremlin is most important.

In this context, the memorandum, for which Putin announced that he was ready to sign it with Ukraine, only one document and nothing more, criticizes Alexander Filipenko. It is of the opinion that it is worthless paper, because the signatories does not commit anything.

The tramps of enthusiastic reactions to a phone conversation with Putin are nothing but a show for own voters at home, concludes Filipenko.
