Protocol was signed between the Ministry of National Education and Girne University – Cyprus Newspaper
The Ministry of National Education and Kyrenia University, the Port of Ports, the maritime motorcist who can apply for the adoption of individuals, 80 hours of ‘Marine Motorization Training and Certificate Program signed a cooperation protocol.

With the signed cooperation protocol, it is aimed to apply the education required to apply to the maritime engine of the Department of Ports, to give the vocational high schools of the Vocational Technical Education Department to the metal, machinery and motor fields and to certify those who show success.

Candidates who wish to apply for the course should apply to the Directorate of Vocational Technical Education Department of the Ministry of National Education between 28 May – 4 June 2025. The application requirements include graduating from the machinery, metal or motor department of Vocational High School and completed the age of 18.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, the Minister of National Education Nazım Çavuşoğlu pointed out that vocational education should be strengthened not only with sustainable supports after graduation but also after graduation.
