Protest in Vrbas: Nursery employees instead of retarded earnings of threats and blackmailers – society

The situation is such that salaries are late and several months. And that lasts for a long 13 years. Educators, nurses and completely extracurricular staff have submitted their requests to the Kindergarten administration, but instead of answers, they will be punished and they will pay them to be reduced.

Not wanting to suffer further pressures, they organized a protest.

The gathered today requested an urgent payment of earnings to employees and the opening of kindergartens. Parents also took the children with them, who drew the space in front of the municipality building and left the plush toys at the entrance.

Radmila Pudar, the mother of the child who goes to the kindergarten, said that a large number of people on the gathering clearly tell how much problem they have educators, but both parents and children.

– This morning we had a meeting with the leaders of the municipality, four of them and three representatives from the preschool institution. The meeting was correct. At that step, we had to decide because this is long lasting, we have been in a month in some duty, and many parents do not lead children to kindergarten. We are forced to search for conversations. At the meeting was told that the problem would be solved, « Pudar said.

As he added, the mayor of Milan Glušac, he said that the following weeks will talk to the Ministry of Finance in order to solve the problem of the municipality of Vrbas, as far as the public sector, because they are in a similar situation and all other public enterprises.

Parents asked the President of the Municipality and the belief that two reconstructed kindergartens have all the necessary use permits, but also require the resignation of PU « Boško Buha » Nebojsa Desic.

Remind, most of the nursery employees in Vrbas entered a total strike at the beginning of May and only after that, their first part of the March wage was paid. But other delays have not yet been settled.

However, employees did not give up on their intention and they continued to strike. They come to work but not receiving children. The administration of kindergartens then announced that they will duty to duty three kindergartens that will work normally.

As employees say, they came to the situation to raise loans to buy basic means for life, which became unbearable.
