The student protest in Belgrade, which was held today under the motto « 15 for 15 », ended after students declared it over due to the incident that occurred during the 15-minute silence for the victims of the Novi Sad train station. The incident happened at around 7pm when a group of people threw pyrotechnics in the direction of a camp in a pioneer park where students demanding the protests were stopped, after which the student protests stripped the vests and withdrew, MIA reported.
Students immediately announced that the rally was completed and that they did not take responsibility for what would happen after completion. They had previously announced that the protest was declared completed if there were incidents or injuries that were not caused by students.

Some of the thousands of students and citizens left, and the rest from Slavia Square, where the rally was held, went to the Serbian Parliament. Soon police said the incident was cleared and that the rally could continue.

Serbia's interior ministry said there were incidents and fights among some of the participants in today's protest, which, according to police, were repeatedly attacked by police at several locations in downtown Belgrade.

The big protest « 15 for 15 » demanded responsibility for the death of 15 people in the demolition of the Novi Sad train station and a better and better society without corruption and without political pressure and influence of institutions. Students in the blockade said today that they strongly condemn every form of violence and that the purpose of today's protest is not to get into any institutions, nor to attack dissenters.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said in recent days that the rally will be violent, and that « authorities know » about the scenario of causing incidents, but that the country will « end the colored revolution » on March 15 « .
