Prosecutor’s Office with details of killing woman in front of her daughter

The Skopje Prosecutor’s Office conducted an investigation against a person to kill his partner with whom he lived in an extramarital community. The victim, according to the prosecution, yesterday at a home in Suto Orizari and inflicted injuries and stab wounds to the neck and chest, from which she died on the spot. An investigation has been launched against another person to assist the perpetrator.

– The Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Skopje has ordered an investigation against one person on reasonable suspicion of committing a crime – murder referred to in Article 123 paragraph 2 item 2 of the Criminal Code. An investigation has been launched against another person for a crime – assisting the perpetrator after a crime under Article 365 paragraph 3 of the Criminal Code – inform the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

The first suspect, as the prosecution says, yesterday, while committing domestic violence in the home in Suto Orizari, deprived his partner with whom he lived in an extramarital community. He committed the work in the presence of a 5-year-old daughter. The victim suffered injuries and stab wounds with a knife in the neck and chest area, from which she died on the spot.

-shortly afterwards he fled the home, which was helped by the second suspect who gave him another outfit and allowed him to transport by car to the Tabanovce border crossing. In the immediate vicinity of the border he left and returned to Skopje where he tried to cover up the traces of his assistant actions. The murder suspect continued at the border where he was stopped and arrested – the statement said.

The prosecution said that more actions were taken on the order of the public prosecutor that found the weapons that committed the murder, the offender’s clothing and other material evidence that he tried to cover up and which would be subject to forensic.

The Public Prosecutor submitted proposals to the Preliminary Criminal Court of the Skopje Basic Criminal Court for the detention of both the suspect in the murder and his aide.
