Prosecutor’s Office presents new evidence regarding the murder of Vanja and Pance

Defendant Bore Videvski was not at his job on the day of the abduction and murder of Vanja and Pance, and no details of the trial of the weapons of the defendant were explained by the Prosecutor’s Office at today’s hearing on the killing of Vanja and Pance.

The trial continued today with new evidence presented by the prosecution, adding the evidence. Among the new elements is the response to the request for data from 7 April 2023, which submits a list of electronic records for the job of defendant Bore Videvski. According to the attached documentation by PCE Ancient Veles, Videvski was not present at his job on November 22 and 27, the days of the murder of Vanja and Pance.

The prosecution has argued that there were no details of the trial of the defendant’s weapons, which prevented the comparison of his weapon with the bush found during an inspection of a place called Rudnik in Veles.

According to the reporting of the competent authorities, the bush was introduced into the automatic comparison system, but the analysis did not show overlap with previously entered data from criminal-legal events in the country.

The first defendant Ljupco Palevski said in connection with new evidence that the prosecution, with a one -year delay, is trying to build an alibi for himself because of what he said, « failure to discover the critical elements of the case ».

The trial continued with evidence by the prosecution, photo documentation for Ljupco Palevski’s communication with the person Erol Osmani who was examined as a witness during this procedure.

The indictment states that Ljupco Palevski, Bore Videvski, Velibor Manev, Vlatko Kesishov and Aleksandar Gjorcevski, together planned the abduction of 14-year-old Vanja in order to force a member of her immediate family to give money for ransom. The abduction of the damaged Pance Zezhovski in Veles, on the indictment, was intended to force him to give their « Citroen » vehicle to use it to abduct the child in Skopje.
Juvenile Vanja and Pance resident were reported missing on November 27 and 24, and on December 3, 2023, dead were found near Skopje and Veles.
