Process against Peter Pilz ‘Pilnacek book was postponed-Diepresse.com

The trial against the book, which was made by Federal Police Director Michael Takács and other top police officers (« The Death of the Section Head ») by owner and ex-politician Peter Pilz, was adjoined around the death of ex-judiciary Christian Pilnacek on Monday after the first round of negotiations. Takács and others see themselves defamed in mushroom books and want to achieve the collection of the book.

After almost six hours of negotiation, in which both mushroom as well as Takács and the head of the Lower Austrian State Criminal Police Office, Stefan Pfandler, were interviewed at the witness stand, the presiding judge postponed the trial on August 6th.
