The Public Revenue Office reminds taxpayers and accounting activity who have not yet completed the procedure for replacement of identification codes, used to sign MPIN calculations made through client software, to complete this procedure before the deadline for submission of MPIN 20. At the same time, we remind that identification codes are used only to sign MPIN calculations made through client software and are not used to sign MPIN calculations submitted through the e-Tax Service system.

Since the introduction of the possibility of submitting electronic requests for issuing an identification code, ie from 06 March 2025, a total of 28,609 applications for issuing an identification code have been submitted through the system of e-Tax Services to date. They have been processed 24,261, of which 16,739 have already been taken by taxpayers. 7,522 codes remain to take over the bonds. We urge the bonds to check their profiles on the e-Tax Service system and take over the codes that have already been made.

Given the volume of the process, and in order to timely conduct the requests, the Public Revenue Office has formed teams that work intensively on this process. Regarding the procedure for submitting a request for issuance code for identification as well as the procedure for installing the downloaded codes, the Public Revenue Office has prepared and published the user instructions for submitting a request for the preparation of a salary and video tutorial for the codes (see Link http://www.ujp.gov.mk/mk/javnost/soopstenija/pogledni/1110 and http://www.ujp.gov.mk/mk/javnost/soopstenija/pogledni/1112).

In order to timely and accurately inform taxpayers, all information on the issuance and installation of codes are also followed by the Institute for Accountants and Certified Accountants and Chamber of Accountants.

In addition, the Public Revenue Office informs that to date, April 03, 2025, 43,002 taxpayers have submitted MPIN calculations for March 2025 which have been accepted and approved by the Public Revenue Office. Of these, 11,636 bonds have already paid gross wages per approved calculations. According to the records of the Public Revenue Office in the coming period until the end of the deadline for submission, ie by April 10, 2025, calculations of about 21,393 taxpayers are expected.
