The Sanctions Administration carried out an extraordinary inspection in the Stip CPI, following an incident in which prison police officers helped a prisoner to find a drug ball transferred to the prison yard, and filed all documents today with criminal charges in the prosecution, the Director of the Sanctions Office informed.

Then, Pandov said, comes a prison police officer who tells them that they need to turn around and move away.

The prisoner continues to talk about phones and searches for something through the lawn. He greets all those prison police officers, not to mention that he must not have a phone in hand. The next day he learns the director of the prison and his order is again sought in the yard and is a ball in a bag, which found 35 grams of white powder, probably cocaine and 50 grams of marijuana.

The drugs, Pandov said, was immediately reported to SIA Stip, and on the order of the director, a disciplinary commission is formed, made up of five members, who have the video, deciding on March 28 this year that prison police officers are not guilty.

Corruption in prisons is at a very high level and Pandov emphasized that both the Sanctions Office and most of the executives of prisons now have a firm intention to fight.
