Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski today expressed regret that the parents of those killed in the Kocani discotheque « Pulse » did not accept the invitation to meet in the government, but, as he said, is ready to go to Kocani to talk to them. This was prominent in his answer to a journalist question about the refusal of the invitation to the meeting by the parents, and that they had previously invited him to a meeting in Kocani.

– Sorry that the decision is. I have no problem leaving and going to Kocani and I will do absolutely and how I have done so far to help them as much as I can. But I also must say that I had an invitation to go there and at such a meeting to talk is a lie. There is no such thing. But here’s no matter if this invitation I say that I will go to Kocani and talk, organize and agree. So it is not a problem for me – said Mickoski after inspecting the construction activities of the kindergarten in Indzikovo, in the municipality of Gazi Baba, answering journalist questions.

Mickoski said that the families of those killed and injured in the Kocani discotheque and that this case should not receive a prism of politics.

– I was in Kocani the day when that horror happened and all that followed. But I don’t want to talk about it now, because for me this case should not get a prism on the stage, unfortunately some political rodents and necrophils are trying to do it from the opposition- said Mickoski.

He added that it was their job and as they said if they decided with necrophilia and political rodents to get political points are lying and for a few months from today they will see it.

« And here I am publicly saying the invitation, I have no problem going and sitting and talking and as much as I need to talk and help anything, what I can help, only to those people as much as I can alleviate that pain, » Mickoski said.

In a written statement on May 9, the parents of the tragically deceased children at the Pulse disco informed that the invitation for a meeting in the Government on May 13, 2025 at 15:00 in Skopje, did not accept it because of its delay. -At the same time, we inform you that the Prime Minister was invited by all parents of the deceased children to come to Kocani and to organize the meeting, in the form and content they consider appropriate. Given that some parents are not able to travel due to the consequences of the tragedy on March 16, 2025 at the Pulse disco in Kocani, we thought that the proposal for a meeting in Kocani was reasonable and justified, according to a statement from the deceased children in the disco.

Yesterday in Kocani the fifth protest march of parents and close relatives of the families of those killed and injured was held, saying they demand justice, but that it must be non -selective and fair.
