Presidents of Ukraine, Romania and Moldova were first met in trilateral format
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Moldova May Sandu and Romania President Nikusor Dan held the first such meeting in a tripartite format.

Zelensky, Dan and Sandu held a separate meeting in the fields of the Ukrainian-South-Eastern Europe summit, which took place on June 11 in Odessa.

The main discussion topics were regional security, hybrid threats and cybersecurity, energy safety, cross-border cooperation, logistics, military-technical cooperation, European integration.
As they point out, many have talked about the support of Moldova, on the situation in which stability in the region depends.
It was also about increasing sanctions against the Russian Federation and joint action to force the Kremlin to a just peace.
« The parties also discussed the support of the joint movement of Ukraine and Moldova to membership in the European Union. Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that Ukraine and Moldova are moving this way together, and no one can be allowed to share countries in the negotiation process, » the message mention.
In addition, they talked about infrastructure projects, including the construction of a highway that will connect Ukraine, Moldova and Romania, as well as the development of railway infrastructure of the region
Ukraine proposed to appoint coordinators at the level of foreign ministers for constant contacts in this format.
