President Tatar: We are working to make life easier for disabled individuals – Cyprus Newspaper
President Ersin Tatar accepted the representatives of the Turkish Cypriot Federation and the association affiliated to the Federation.
Speaking in the acceptance of the Presidency Campus, Federation President Derviş Yücetürk stated that they made a courtesy visit due to the week of Handicapped and presented the file to Tatar, including social and economic demands.
Stating that it is a must to establish a disabled department, Yücetürk said that they expect the necessary steps to be taken in employment.
Stating that the House of Barrier -Free Life is not at the point, Yücetürk said that the main purpose is a lifelong boarding service. Yücetürk listed the demands of disabled people, transportation, social assistance, law and demands.
President Ersin Tatar said he was pleased to host the federation officials at the Presidential Campus, the new symbol of the state.
