President Ersin Tatar attended the 6th General Assembly of the Association of Animal Producers and Breeders.

According to information given by the Presidency, President Ersin Tatar, in his speech at the general assembly, stating that animal husbandry is an important sector, depending on tourism, higher education and other developments, the country develops, developed and the economy continues to grow, he said.

Describing that products obtained from animal husbandry, which are the basic consumption items, are always needed, President Tatar emphasized that in order to withdraw the input costs within a plan and program, incentives and support should be given to the livestock sector when necessary.

Expressing that the developments in the world with the increase in technology are closely monitored and applied in the production areas in the country, President Tatar said that despite the unfair embargoes applied to the Turkish Cypriot Turkish Cypriot, the obstacles were overcome.

Pointing out that he also mentioned the injustices in the Green Line Regulation, which enables the Turkish Cypriot Turkish Cypriot to export at the extended informal Cyprus meeting held in Geneva, President Tatar said, “The European Union, which gave the promise of direct trade to the Turkish Cypriot Turkish, has put forward the Green Line Regulation in order to export. I suggested the gate of Haspolat to the Greek leader Nikos Hristodulidis in order to reduce the density and trade between the two sides more easily. ”

President Tatar pointed out that recent crises and natural disasters in the world show the importance of agriculture, animal husbandry and domestic production once again.

Stating that the trade with Türkiye and the Turkish world should increase due to unfair embargoes, President Tatar said that the opportunities will increase after being a member of the Organization of Turkish States.
