Pellegrini has received a donation of EUR 250,000 to his transparent account for the presidential election, even after the election, even though the law does not allow it.

Pellegrini officially claims that he spent EUR 500,000 for the campaign, which is the maximum allowed limit. There were only two gifts from part to EUR 250,000 in the transparent account.
The voice officially claimed that the campaign was funded by the gifts of sympathizers. But all the gifts went through the party account. The party published a list of donors at the end of March.
Among the donors are all leading voice politicians. The vast majority of gifts were five thousand or ten thousand euros. It was not spontaneous gifts, but rather a coordinated action inside the party.
The most generous donor was Radomír ŠalitrošFirst of all, the rebellious voice MP, now the State Secretary at the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatics.
Last year’s presidential campaign brought several controversial moments. Transparency pointed out that Pellegrini’s campaign expenditures were actually greater than EUR 500,000.
An unauthorized third -party anti -campaign has also appeared.
