President Begaj meets the Albanian community in Poland


President Bajram Begaj used his visit to Poland as part of participating in the Summit of the Three Seas Initiative to meet with the Albanian community living in the city of łódź.

During the conversation held at the Honorary Consulate of Albania, the President emphasized the importance of strengthening and cooperation with Poland, with which Albania has a historical friendship.

Referring to the Honorary Consul, Dr. Pawel Michalak, for the integration and promotion of Albanians in Poland, President Begaj conveyed thanks to the Polish people who have opened the doors to our community there.

While praising the contribution of Albanians to the country where they live, the president congratulated them on the individual achievements that Albania proud of.

The personal success of all Albanians living in Lodz (UXH) is deserved thanks to their commitment, dedication and success. On this occasion, I would also like to thank the Polish society for opening the real opportunities for these citizens, who left their homeland and found a second homeland. Their success is definitely personal, but it is also a success of Albania. Through them you have known Albania somehow« , Said Begaj.

Begaj also attended an artistic concert with Albanian and Polish songs, while closing the visit by planting two trees of friendship, two symbol of manhood and power in honor of George Kastriot Skanderbeg and Jan Sobiks.
