Preparations of the rebalance have begun, requests to data on capital investment data have been launched yesterday

Finance Minister Gordana Dimitrijeska Kochoska informed today that preparations for the budget rebalance have begun, and that the requests to the institutions for data on capital investments have been released yesterday.

As Dimitrijeska Kochoska pointed out, answering journalist questions, the project management of the institutions remains because they are realizing capital investments.

According to the minister, by the end of June everything should be ready and sent to the Parliament.

– We started preparing the rebalance, we asked each institution to submit precise data on capital investments – how far they have contracted, if they do not have when they plan to conclude, at what stage their projects are … We need to see them, those projects and then decide whether to cut them now or put them in. A few months ago a decree that could no longer decide on investment without passing the circle – the Ministry of Finance, a government with fulfilled investment conditions – said Dimitrijeska Kochoska, after meeting with President of the Chamber of Commerce Branko Azeski.

Regarding the project management, she once again said that the competent institutions are implementing the contracts, not the Minister of Financial.

« The question is often asked to the Minister of Finance, but it is not the one who implements the contracts, realizes the competent institutions and depends on their project management, at what level it is – emphasized Dimitrijeska Kochoska.
