Poromaa about taking a new World Cup medal: « Know what it takes »
The last time William Poromaa competed in the World Cup, he won, the 24-year-old's first victory.
– It was nice to feel that the body answers, that the exercise has done well. It was a very tough start to the season for me, he says the day before the Skiathlon race.
What does it mean that you took a medal at the last World Cup?
– You have it mentally. But at the same time, these are completely different conditions now. We step in with completely glossy paper here, and have to up on the horse again.

– Yes, they have not gotten worse, you have to go fast to beat them. But it just makes me a better skier that I know how high the level is.

– It is difficult to say how the race will take place but I think it will be tough, conditions will be difficult too. Hopefully I will do well.
How does he look on their medal chances.
– I know how tough it is to be there. It is required that everything is in place and works. And it really is important to decide.
