« Polyplastic » bought a share in « AMS »

The Polyplastic group on February 26 received 65% at AMS Pro LLC, the former division of the Belgian supplier of plastic pipes and fittings Aliaxis, follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. As a result of the transaction, the CEO of AMS OPA KAM KA KA KA KAN reduced a share from 55% to 19.5%. The packages of the remaining founders – Elena Bashkina, Alexei Lyubimov and Alexei Mityushkin – decreased from 15% to 5.25%, followed by SPARK.
Aliaxis supplies pipeline systems for infrastructure, construction and agriculture, operates in more than 40 countries. In 2023, the Belgian company sold structures in Russia, working today under the names of AMS Pro and AMS Group, local management, follows from the reports of the companies. “AMS Group”, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, owns Klim Kan, Elena Bashkina, Alexey Lyubimov and Alexey Mityushkin on March 6.
The report “AMS Pro” says that with the approval of the transaction with Aliaxis, the government commission approved the development plan of its own production. The company intends to start the production of polyethylene fittings with a mortgage heating element for replacing products from Europe.
AMS Group in its report indicated that by the end of 2024 she found alternative suppliers, established logistics and also plans to expand the line of Russian products. The site « AMS Group » says that it supplies, among other things, Friatec, FIP, StRAB, etc.
“Polyplastic” is the largest manufacturer of polymer pipes in the EAEU for water supply and sanitation, gas distribution and heating. Includes 32 plants in the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan with a total capacity of about 750 thousand tons. In ARKR, the group of groups in the market of the Russian Federation was estimated at 40.7% in kind.
