Poll: In front of a wall of dissatisfaction ND – absence of an alternative governing pole
Seven out of 10 inhabitants of this country believe that the government has failed at every level and that everything is going in the wrong direction.
For years, there have been specific problems as the cause of their living standards degradation, and none of them have seen the government decisively intervene.
PASOK is unable to remain a second party, the persuasion of its political discourse is finite.
On the contrary, it is striking to increase the rates of freedom cruise, on the ship on which voters from each range of the center -left board.
According to a Metron Analysis poll, presented on Thursday night in the MEGA Central News Bulletin, the following are happening around us.
Remains the strong disapproval of the government and the feeling that things go in the wrong direction
Greek society is anything but optimistic right now. In the question of whether things go in the right or wrong direction, 70% (over two -thirds) believe that they go to the wrong and only one in four (25%) believe that above the right one.
This position is not only about the general estimate but also extends to the individual pessimism of the respondents, as 49% consider it to be worse than one year, 37% that they are in the same and only 14% in better. Compared to previous months the deterioration is clear as shown by the graph:
Accuracy and state of economy feeds dissatisfaction
According to the poll at the core of social discontent, accuracy (27%) and the economy (27%) are followed by the institutions’ crisis.
‘Red card’ by citizens in government
As for the evaluation of the government work, negative opinions outweigh the positive in all areas of the government project, with the most negative score (81%) concerning the economy and following the issues of democracy and institutions where 75%of citizens have a negative opinion and 73%of daily issues. Exceptional are foreign policy and defense issues where there are 51% negative opinions, but there are 31% positive.
On this background, negative opinions for the government remain high (69%) and only 25% have a positive opinion
Negative opinion on Kyriakos Mitsotakis – even more negative for Nikos Androulakis
Kyriakos Mitsotakis does not escape the general climate of dissatisfaction with the government. As a result, the negative opinions in the prime minister’s evaluation reach 68% and the positive 27% with the slight improvement over the previous month cannot reverse the overall negative image.
« Nobody » remains the most popular prime minister
In terms of political leaders, the poll shows that Z. Konstantopoulou remains the most popular, although with a retreat over the previous measurement, Dimitris Koutsoubas follows 37%without a change in 37%, Kyriakos Mitsotakis has a slight improvement in 32%. with previous surveys at 23%.
On the other hand, the suitability for the position of the Prime Minister is still leading the « no » with 36%, Kyriakos Mitsotakis follows 26%, then Z. Konstantopoulou with 11%and Kyriakos Velopoulos has a higher percentage than the leader of the opposition.
How are party correlations formed
In terms of voting intention, the poll shows a very slight rise of the ND to 20.9%, a new SYRIZA’s new small retreat to 5.5%, a PASOK decline to 9.6%, below the symbolic threshold of 10%, a stability of the KKE, a slight rise in Greek solution and a slight rise in the Greek solution. On the contrary, low flights shows both the victory and the voice of logic (identified with the ND on the subject of Tempi).
In terms of voter movements, the ND has a 75.9% gathering with leaks to the voice of reason, the freedom navigation. SYRIZA has great leaks to the Freedom of Freedom but also the new Left, the KKE and PASOK, and PASOK also loses to Freedom and ND.
As to how the vote is distributed based on political and ideological self -esteem, the Metron Analysis poll shows that the ND has the strongest presence between center -right and right -wing voters and has a small lead against PASOK, while the opposition party is well -gained.
On the other hand, the cruise freedom seems to have a strong presence among those who declare leftists, center -left and centrals. Indeed, between the left and the Centers, they do better than PASOK and this explains its overall rise.
In terms of voting assessment of the Metron Analysis poll, ND has a slight rise to 27.3%, remaining below the percentage of European elections and well below the threshold of self -reliance.
In second place for 15%is the navigation of freedom, in third place with a 12.5%PASOK, the Greek solution to 10.4%, the KKE at the same level at 8.3%, SYRIZA in a decline at 6.9%, the voice of rational marginally within Parliament, the victory, the new one.
