Polish arrested after rally

The Polish citizen who was detected by the gendarmes having a knife on Saturday's protest in the University Square was arrested preventively, after initially it was detained for 24 hours.

« Compared to the Polish citizenship man, the measure of preventive arrest was ordered for 30 days, » DGPMB reported on Sunday evening.

According to a statement sent by the Gendarmerie of the Capital, a 36 -year -old man was identified at the Public Assembly, with Polish citizenship, who was under judicial control, having applied the measure of participating in public assemblies.

At the same time, the quoted source shows that the person had applied around the waist and a clothing object at the end of which was a cutting-wing object.

The man is under judicial control, after on February 10 he was caught by the gendarmes at the protest in Victoriei Square having a knife and destroyed a metal panel of the gendarmerie.

According to the measure received, he was forbidden to participate in public assemblies.

The case was taken over by the police officers from the Police Section 3, the investigations being continued ex officio, in the aspect of committing the crime by the 'port without dangerous objects', under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office attached to the District 1 Court.
