Police will remain with vehicles on the right
The Europol union claims that due to insufficient funds the police will remain with the vehicles on the right.
« Such messages have already been distributed in different forms on the communication groups, after more and more crews from all over the country have reached the pump and the power card was empty.
If until now the public order and road police were « evaluated » according to the number of kilometers traveled – some are even disciplined because they have been stationary – now the change will be changed, they will be researched if they go too many kilometers.
Therefore, as the bosses transmit in the message, the special vehicles can only be used for « very urgent » activities. What « very urgent » activities meant, we do not know, we did not find any norm in order and provisions to define this new feature of the intervention, « said the Europol Union.
« If you see a police vehicle stationing longer near a fuel pump, take into account at least three variants:
a) remained money on the fuel card;
b) the policeman calls his superiors, reporting that the POS has displayed « insufficient funds »;
c) it is possible, perhaps, the supply by the « Wi-Fi » method.
PS The capture of the message is from IPJ Caraş Severin ”, the Europol trade unionists wrote.
The Romanian police rejected the information transmitted by Europol.
‘The information transmitted by the respective trade union organization is false and are publicly communicated without a consultation with the representatives of the Romanian Police. We assure the citizens that the police have available the necessary technical means and fuel, to ensure the public peace and to intervene at events’, informs a statement of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police (IGPR).
According to the quoted source, sufficient funds were allocated to the territorial police units, the budget allocations being similar to those of the previous period.
« We reiterate that the Romanian Police carry out all the activities necessary to maintain public order and to guarantee the safety of the community, » the source quoted shows.
