Police for a break of about $ 137 million in real estate transactions
Everything indicates that the decision of the police in the capital area leads to a well over a hundred million krónur Glutist in the sale of Herkastalan Kirkjustræti 2. The money was lost when police decided not to accept bids from a real estate company of over ISK 1 billion in the property.
Subsequently, the Herkastalinn, which was owned by the Quang Le, NQ Real Estate company, went on a forced auction and received ISK 865 million for the house. The same real estate company bought the property there and had originally made an offer that was accepted by Quang Le.
The reason for the police to look after the sale of the Herkastalan is due to the fact that it detained about ISK 190 million with mortgages in the property in March last year when actions related to Quang Le took action. Police are expected to receive about ISK 3 million from the sale in their custody instead of ISK 137 million.
The police had to give up
When a bid of a billion and ten million was approved earlier this year, it was made with funding reservations, but also needed the approval of the police because of the detention that it did not provide.
Had the police approved the purchase, she would have had to give up to just under ISK 60 million of the detention because it was the amount that rested on the property beyond its value. In other words, the property was pledged to the bottom, and in addition, just under ISK 60 million, which exceeded the offer price.
Had the police been involved in the offer, she would have received ISK 137 million in a custody account with the magistrate. Those funds had, however, been detained.
Police, however, declined to accept the offer. As a result, the Herkastalinn went on a forced auction on April 8, and the highest bid was ISK 865 million or about ISK 145 million less than the original offer was. The deadline for taking the highest offer expires on June 2. Knowledges say that a different offer is unlikely to be received before the deadline is out of business, although it is not excluded.
Three million left for alleged victims
When taking into account the cost of forced sales and other things remain unchanged after about ISK 3 million that the police receive in their custody after the sale. Other mortgage holders, banks and publishers of insurance bonds that are previously in the pledge series receive their share paid.
This means that if police charge Quang Le and the case ends with his conviction, about three million krónur will be switched to Tam alleged victims in the case instead of 137 million being switched.
