Police explanations in the case of the young woman killed with the ax

The 22 -year -old from Lipănești who was killed with his ax by his concubine has never requested a protection order, with 112 several calls were received following verbal conflicts between the two, informs the Prahova County Police Inspectorate (IJP).

During the intervention of the police, no criminal acts were notified. On September 13, 2024, there were two calls by 112, by which the young woman (the victim) noticed that she was threatened by a neighbor. During the intervention of the police, it was established that, in fact, he had a verbal conflict with his concubine, not with a neighbor, as he notified in 112. Following the second appeal, from that date, the man in question was sanctioned contravention, according to Law no. 61/1991 and transported to a specialized medical unit ‘, the source quoted shows.

At the same time, IJP points out that in any of the situations in which it was notified that the young woman has a verbal conflict with the concubine, she did not complain criminal acts before the police, declaring, in the interventions, that there were only mutually addressed offenses.

‘We also mention that at each intervention at the notifications made, the risk assessment forms by the police were drawn up, according to the procedures, the victim never not solving a provisional protection order by them.
