Police dissolve tuning meetings | Luxembourg word
From Saturday to Sunday, the so-called tuning scene gathered on the P&R parking lot in Howald. According to the police report, the officials were reported to the officers around 11 p.m., whereupon several patrol cars made their way. It remains to be seen whether the car fans were aware that there is a customs branch in the near proximity to their meeting.
What is tuning?
With vehicle tuning (« tuning » derived from the English ‘to tune’ for (that), reconciling) are individual modifications on passenger cars, motorcycles and also trucks, which serve the purpose of improving or changing performance or driving properties or changing the optical and acoustic design.
The term tuning means fine -tuning in the sense of the word and, in a narrower sense, refers to the fine -tuning of the engine, the aerodynamics of a body or the chassis to increase performance. In the broader sense, this also includes drilling the cylinders for displacement enlargement, the installation of compressors and turbochargers for charging, laughing gas injection or the installation of engines with a larger displacement.

Once on site, striking vehicles – both driving behavior and optical changes mentioned the police report here – were controlled – when leaving the site. A total of six criminal tickets came about. According to the police, the last car had left the area about an hour after the officials arrived.
