Three cities and three dramas. Shocking events occurred in Podkarpackie in just a few days. Three young girls, teenagers, fell victim to sexual offenses. Suspected of making these hideous acts are already in the hands of investigators and waiting for subsequent decisions and further development of cases remain in custody.
A disturbing assault in Podkarpacie. A 17-year-old raped on the street in Stalowa Wola
The first of the dramatic events took place in Stalowa Wola. According to investigators, a 17-year-old resident of Opole Lubelski came to the city on Saturday, March 8 and was imprisoned in one of the houses at the Hutnik estate, and then raped.
One of the residents of the estate in an interview with the reporter « Fakt » repeated the information hearing that the girl, when she managed to get out, She was running, shouting « rescue », she didn’t even know where she was.
Due to the good of the victim, the prosecutor’s office does not reveal the details of this drama. It is known that the suspected of this shameful act, 33-year-old Krzysztof P. was quickly detained by investigators, and he faces up to 15 years in prison for accused.
The man pleaded not guilty and refused to explain. The court decided to detain a 33-year-old. A week later, another drama with a teenager came to light.
Krosno. Investigators detained a man suspected of attempted rape on a 14-year-old
As the prosecutor’s office revealed, 20-year-old Bartosz G. fell into the hands of policemen, who is suspected of attempt to rape a 14-year-old girl. The incident was to take place on Sunday, March 16 in Krosno. Due to the good of the minor, investigators do not reveal the details, but it is known that the police were notified by the mother of the teenager.
The detained man was charged with attempted rape and causing a slight damage to the victim’s health. The man has been punishable by five years in prison even to life imprisonment. Bartosz G. did not plead guilty. By court decision, he was arrested for three months.
Mielec. The 34-year-old fell into the hands of the police and pedophile hunters
Policemen from Mielec on Monday, March 17 said that they managed to stop the 34-year-old suspected of trying to urge a teenager to sexual intercourse and « other sexual activities ». According to the Penal Code, he faces 2 to 15 years imprisonment.
The case came to light thanks to the vigilance of the girl’s father, and in terms of the man they helped investigators the so -called pedophile hunters. The evidence gathered allowed the 34-year-old allegations to be made. The man is not guilty. By court decision, he will spend the next three months in temporary detention.
The investigations in all three cases are pending. The police and prosecutor’s office are trying to determine all the circumstances of these events.
At the same time, officers appeal to parents and carers of children for vigilance and frequent conversations with children about the principles of safe use of the Internet, and in the case of noticing disturbing signals – to report them to services.
