Podcasts of Youth Radio won generation Z: We encourage dialogue about everything we live everyday

In just one year of existence, Podcast « My Vibra » Radio Enter Zagreb has become an indispensable gathering place for generation Z, not only in Croatia, but also among young people who speak and understand the Croatian language beyond the borders of the country. In the sea of content that is produced daily, « My Vibra » stands out as the only subcastity of its kind in the Croatian language that speaks authentically and openly about the real topics of young people. It was this uniqueness, with a sincere approach and a close tone, made it possible for the listener community to gather around it, which returns from week to week with new episodes.

Podcast was first aired in May 2023 and is today in the fourth season, and his success lies in a simple but strong format, open conversation of young people about life, emotions, relationships, friendship, desires, plans and challenges.

Through the episodes that are published every Thursday, listeners and spectators have the opportunity to hear the thoughts of a team that itself belongs to that generation. The audience runs through Podcast seven young Enterovacs – Hana Kosic leaders and Luka Jovica and Sven Pravica, Lea Zic, Ema Franjic, Leo Birovljevic and Barbara Bozac. Through personal stories and current topics, they create content that their peers recognize as honest and close, in a form reminiscent of casual coffee with friends.

« We take topics from everyday life and actuality, from what we talk about within the newsroom. We cover everything from friendship and life in Zagreb to male-female relationships. Often, listeners send us their proposals and opinions, they include in discussions and let them know if they agree with certain views or not, » said Luka Jovica.

« This is not a subcar with finished solutions or great life advice, but a space where we explore questions that we often ask ourselves, but also the one that imposes us society, » adds Hana Kosic.

After three seasons of broadcasting exclusively in audio format, the fourth season also brought the transition to the video, which further extended the audience, especially on YouTube, and Podcast is also available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts platforms.

According to the data, the most loyal audience comes from Croatia, German and the United States, most often listened to by young people in the age groups between 18 and 34. The titles of the most stable episodes speak for themselves: « Thirty things you want to do until the thirties, » « How much do you believe in conspiracy theories? », « Being in a relationship or enjoying solo? », « How many men and women are equal? » and « what makes a true friend? ».

« These are all those topics that they naturally come out when you sit with friends at coffee and let the conversation go with its course. From the episode, we want to convey the friendly dynamics of Enter editorial staff, sincere conversations with friends who continue and when the microphones and cameras go off, » says Hana.

The reactions are different, some say we are talking everything, others are completely agreeing with us. And this is great for us, because the point is to stimulate dialogue and be an active part, about everything gene z lives every day, chooses and questioning”, Says Luka.

« My Vibra » is not just another podcast, it is a space where young people talk freely, exchanging opinions, listening and being heard. In a world full of noise, it was this tone of honesty and closeness that secured Enterer’s Podcast a special place among the generation seeking authenticity and real connection.
