It is ideal for children and adults as it combines a comfortable cheesy texture with healthy ingredients such as onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of chicken gables (with bones and skin)
- 600 g of dry pasta (macaroni)
- 500 g of frozen mixture of chopped onions, carrots and celery
- 100 g of cheese
- 2 polate cans (400 g each)
The rest you need:
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Red and white vinegar (or a mixture of red and white)
- Salt and pepper
- A large non -sticky container with a lid
- A smaller pasta pot
Preparation:
- Heat the cooking board and pour two tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan. Bake the chicken gables briefly until they are golden, then remove them to the plate.
- Insert the frozen vegetables into the same pan and simmer for five minutes to soften.
- Return the chicken to the pan, add a little red and white vinegar and let everything together.
- Crush the tomatoes with your hands and add them to the pan, then pour in one can of water (400 ml). Cook over low heat for an hour, stirring occasionally, until the meat softens and starts separating from the bone.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta as directed on the packaging. Drain it.
- Remove the bones and skin from the chicken, and chop the meat with forks and return it to the sauce.
- Taste the sauce and add salt and pepper if necessary. Stir in the pasta into the sauce. Grind most of the cheese and mix in the pasta.
- To serve, add another tablespoon of olive oil and the rest of the grated cheese on top, writes Mirror.
