A strong storm accompanied by rain and severe wind gusts hit Croatia late Thursday night. For the whole country, apart from the far south, a yellow meteoalarm that indicates a potentially dangerous time.

The State Hydrometeorological Institute has predicted that rain will fall more often on Thursday in the more cloudy west of the country, and in the evening and during the night it will be more abundant, while in Dalmacia it will be less frequent. In the evening, the wind will turn to the north and northwest in the north.
On Friday, meteorologists announce mostly cloudy weather with rain, sometimes more abundant, especially in the Adriatic and in its vicinity, where expressed showers with thunderstorms will appear. During the second part of the day, the rain will gradually cease, first on the Adriatic, and the cloud will gradually decrease.
The wind will be moderate to strong north and northeast, while in the east the northwest wind will blow. Moderate and strong storms will blow in the Adriatic, which will be stormy in the north. In the middle part of the Adriatic, the northwest will occasionally blow, while in the south most of the day it will prevail moderately south.
The air temperature will be mostly between 11 and 16 ° C, and in the evening it will be more fresh on the mainland. The lowest temperatures from 15 to 19 ° C are expected in Dalmatia, while the highest value will be between 17 and 22 ° C.
