In a car accident, the driver and a 49-year-old passenger from the cargo car were slightly injured, while a passenger from a 32-year-old car was slightly injured. The 41 -year -old traveler was seriously injured, as well as the driver against whom a criminal complaint is followed by a criminal offense of causing a road traffic accident.

The eyewitness also found that the driver and passengers from the passenger car did not use a seat belt.
