Photo found Albino Bjelica in Gracani: ‘The cat hit a snake with a paw, see wounds’
Albino Bjelica surprised our reader today in Zagreb’s Gracani. He drove with his colleague in a truck when they saw the cat hit something with a paw, as they approached themselves, they realized that something white was screaming on the floor.
– We weren’t sure it was a snake since it’s white. We got out of the truck to see better and we saw that it was a white snake. It’s a populated place and it’s probably someone’s cat who attacked the cat. As we came out, the cat escaped. Even in the photo, we see wounds on the snake, we believe it is of the cat – the reader told us, adding that their estimate was about 80 to 100 centimeters long.
Dumovec reported on the Facebook page that it was Albino Bjelica and explained that it was rare, but it was not a unique case. The Zagreb Zoo receives several reports for Albino Bjelica during the year.
– If you come across Albino Bjelica, please leave it alone. Albino animals more noticeable than their relatives of normal color, which means that they are easier to become prey. When nature has complicated their lives, let’s not us! – they asked Dumovac.
