Peevski continues to attract mayors with a cause for a new beginning for the regions
« A New Beginning for the Development of the Regions » – a strategy with such a name, launched by DPS leader, a New Beginning Delyan Peevski, finds wide support from mayors in settlements, judging by the frequent public messages. On a daily basis on Facebook, MRF New Start informed of new and new mayors, erected by various political forces, stated a desire to join the initiative of the US and the United Kingdom sanctioned for corruption by the United States.
Today, a meeting with Peevski was sought by Borino Mayor Mustafa Karahakhmed, elected by the MRF votes in the 2023 local elections, the political force informs.
The new additions to Peevski: Mayor of BSP, Local Coalition and close to GERB have passed into « New Beginning »
Peevski’s initiative was joined by Gurkovo Mayor Kancho Papazov, MRF New Start reported. In the election he was supported by GERB, « We continue the change – democratic Bulgaria », « Revival », BSP, « There is such a people », VMRO, UDF and « Social Democrats ».
Peevski’s formation was announced today by a working meeting in Razgrad with representatives of the local government from the region. Listed are the names of municipal councilors, mayors and deputy mayors of a dozen settlements in the municipality.
