The case of the assault on the 14-year-old, which took place on Friday, March 21 in one of the primary schools in the Kobierzyce commune at Wrocławevokes a lot of emotions. It is hardly surprising – no one should experience such cruelty, let alone a teenage boy. He was attacked and demolished by his peers in the middle of the school corridor – the boy’s mother revealed in a letter to TVN24.

The officers received a report about the incident on Wednesday, March 26 and immediately took action in the case, including They listened to the boy’s mother, secured school monitoring and determined the details of people who were to commit the 14-year-old « other sexual activities ». What’s more, as the police revealed in TVN24, « there was an attempt to attack the boy with an object that could indicate a rape attempt ».
Our unofficial information shows that in the event – in addition to the boy who is injured in this matter – he took part in his three « colleagues » from the class. One of the parents who contacted « Fakt », asking for anonymity, revealed that the hurt boy was to experience unpleasant treatment from their first grade.

With questions about whether the student reported that he had any problems and whether there were signals about problems or conflicts in this class, we turned to the school authorities in which dramatic events took place.
« I cannot provide information about students, » the director of the institution answered us in the email. As he emphasizes, the school informed about the event of service and authorized institutions.
The Dolnośląskie Board of Education in Wrocław on Wednesday, April 2 carried out an audit at the facility. The inspection is to show whether all procedures and norms of conduct have been reported. We have to know her results in mid -April.

In connection with the violation of this procedure, he decided to submit a notification to a disciplinary spokesperson who may decide to initiate proceedings, which may result in, for example, the suspension of the school’s headmaster in fulfilling his duties.
« The good of children For me – as a commune head, but above all my father is a priority goal, which is why I appointed a special group of experts submitted, among others from independent psychologists, educators and representatives of the commune » – emphasized the head of the village head Piotr Kopeć.
It is not only to provide students with support in connection with the situation, but to analyze the matter and develop systemic solutions so that similar events do not occur in the future. Special educational classes for students and training for teachers are to be introduced further, preventively. And what actions did the school take?
« The police conducted an intervention talk in this class. The students were covered by additional psychological and pedagogical support. A repair program for the entire class was developed »-the director of the institution said in a message sent to « Fakt ».
The workshops are also planned by the external psychologist and mini -examples run by policemen. Our question about the possible consequences that students could suffer if the court confirmed that they committed a shameful act that they are suspected in this case, remained unanswered.
The management also did not refer to the issue of the meeting that was organized at school in connection with the event. Some parents – as Radio Wrocław reported – came out of it full of fears and without the expected answers.

As commissioned by Wojciech Jabłoński, a press officer of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Wrocław in an interview with « Fakt », all information collected by officers has already been forwarded to the family and juvenile court, which will assess and decide on further actions in this matter.
The policeman emphasizes that the services make every effort to – in accordance with the rules of conduct in similar cases – do not expose the injured boy to additional stress in connection with this situation. Hence, the teenager’s interrogation is to take place with the participation of a psychologist.
At the same time, the officer ensures that people who have information in connection with the case, and every detail can be important here, they can still pass it on to services, even anonymously. The case is pending. We will inform you about further arrangements.
