Pastor is blackmailed for nude photos on platform « Romeo »: Process in Augsburg
Because of attempted extortion, a 50 -year -old man has to District court of Augsburg responsible. According to the indictment, he had exploited that a priest from the district of Aichach-Friedberg had posted nude pictures of himself on the « Romeo » internet platform. The priest did not pay – according to the public prosecutor, the accused sent photos to the parish of his victim.
According to the public prosecutor’s office, the 50-year-old sent a screenshot to the victim in November 2022 via WhatsApp to the damaged priest, on which the injured party can be seen as a priest, as well as various nude pictures of the injured party, which he had stopped on his profile on the internet platform « Romeo ». The accused called for a payment of 50,000 euros from the pastor and threatened to send the nude pictures to television and to publish in the parish.

The damaged priest then contacted the police. In January 2023, the defendant then sent an email to the priest’s parish office and hung nude pictures of the injured party. However, the injured party did not pay.
The defendant is now being attempted. The trial will take place on Friday, May 30, at 9:30 a.m. at the Augsburg District Court, Gögginger Straße. (AZ)
