In the capital, a sentence was sentenced to the participants of the oldest Moscow criminal group – Taganskaya. They were accused of banditry, murders, extortion and fraud. As “Kommersant” saidAccording to the version of the prosecution, the Tagan group was created back in the early 1990s, over the years, leaders changed in it, and at the time of the defeat of the gang, law enforcement officers in 2019 was headed by Igor Zhirnokleev and Grigory Rabinovich. Initially, the organized crime group was engaged in robberies and racketeering, and as a gathering place was used by the Transcarpathian Patterns restaurant in the Taganka area, from where the gang name came from.
Soon, Tagansky, believes the accusation, managed to put control of not only a number of markets and shops, but also several banks. In addition to raider seizures, the group participants were charged with a series of murders, including those who received a great resonance. The first episode was associated with the liquidation of businessman Armen Avanesov, who did not give Igor Zhirkhmleev a debt of $ 50 thousand. The next victim of the Tagansky was their ally, Sergey Skornyakov, who was unhappy with the leader of the group. Also, according to investigators, they robbed and killed the entrepreneur Alexei Pokrovsky, who allegedly owed Grigory Rabinovich 53 million rubles.
In 2006, Valery Zhuravlev, director of Rospishchetprom OJSC, became the victim of the group, who resisted the raider seizure of his enterprise. And in 2009, a lawyer of OJSC “University of Moskva” was killed, Andrei Bralyuk, who tried to defend the interests of the labor collective in similar circumstances.
The most high -profile crime, the incriminated “Tagansky”, was the murder in the spring of 2017 by lawyer Natalia Vavilina. According to the prosecution, she was ordered by a former client of a woman for whom she could not sue the property laid down in the bank.
Finally, according to law enforcement officers, the “Tagansky” were related to the murder of one of the most authoritative thieves in the law of Aslan Usoyan (Grandfather Hassan) in 2013: by order of Georgian thieves in law, the bandits followed him shortly before the “lawyer” shot him.
As part of this investigation in the suburbs, the FSB and the TFR officers seized a whole arsenal: 36 kg of explosives, 2 bombs and about 100 units of various firearms, including sniper rifle, Skorpion and Uzi-Street Pistols, as well as Besm fire, and several grenade launchers.
Note that this is not the only criminal case in which numerous participants in the Tagan group appear. For some of them, convictions have already been issued. In total, the “Tagansky” bandits, according to law enforcement officers, were not involved in one or another one of the ten murders to one degree or another.
