The National Assembly can close higher education institutions at the proposal of the Council of Ministers, when they permanently do not carry out an educational process, provides for a amendment to the Higher Education Act, submitted by 11 deputies from « There is such a people » headed by the chairman of the parliamentary committee, Prof. Andrey Chorbanov.
