Parliament: The Tempe file was officially announced
In the announcement of the case file on the possible criminal responsibilities of former Minister of Transport Costas Karamanlis (and Chr. Spirtzis) for the case of the Tempe railway tragedy, Parliament Speaker Nikitas Kaklamanis proceeded.
Speaking to plenary at the start of the debate on the Ministry of Health’s bill, the President informed the transmitted case file concerning the following Ministers of Transport during the period, 1/12016-28-3-2023.
As Mr Kaklamanis informed, the Boule will provide parliamentary groups in Room 168 where they are located, 10 computers (one for each party and one for the independent) so that MPs can read the entire case file, but without receiving copies.

« I hope it will be appreciated by colleagues and that they will adhere to the foreseen, » Mr Kaklamanis said.
As it became known, the hard drives also have scanned files, videos and audio, with total files reaching 59,000.

It is recalled that to submit a proposal to set up a pre -trial committee requires a request from at least 30 Members involving the persons and offenses for which they should be checked.
It is noted that only PASOK has this number of MPs.
