Palevski denies guilty of Vanja and Pance killings and claims to be a « moral assassination » victim

The first defendant for the killings and abductions of Vanja and Pance, Ljupco Palevski today in the Basic Criminal Court Skopje denied responsibility, arguing that there was no motive for such crimes and is a victim of a « moral assassination » organized by political and media structures. According to him, the charges are part of his discrediting attempts over his activities against corruption and money laundering, as well as the political engagement in organizing a referendum on the issue with Bulgaria.

Answering a question from his defender, lawyer Jovica Strashevski, whether he committed the killings Palevski, said that « not only did I not do it, but I have no motive to commit such a crime ».

-I have not committed the killings, nor the kidnapping. I just have no motive for it, because in the depot of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office, there is a « Toshiba » hard drive that took it with a record of over 200,000 telephone conversations, the abuse of this political elite, but also to the journalistic profession, and if I wanted to do it, I could do it, and I could do it.

Palevski, in his statement before the court, said, among other things, that he was the victim of a brutal media lynching that was exposed by portals that, as he said « are under control of SDSM and portals under DPMNE control ». The reasons for this, according to Palevski, is that his political party « right » tried to organize a referendum on the issue with Bulgaria, which, as he said, « stop any political talks on identity, language and the like that this government, neither the previous nor it, in front of it, did not ask its own. »

Palevski began the statement before the court by answering the question « who you are », which he said that « I registered a political party and I was president », and that he had been involved in politics and made buildings earlier years.

In a relationship of his political engagement, what he thinks is of interest to this trial, Palevski said they had previously been very confronted as a political entity with the current government and political processes, but that he would only explain what had happened three months to November 2023.

– I organized and collected signatures to call a referendum for the people to vote on the Agreement on Good Neighborhood and Friendship with the Republic of Bulgaria, which was rejected a request because of the wrong title. Then, in the same month, 50,000 declarations were scanned to hand over the originals of Povardarie Metropolitan Agatangel. At the same time some headquarters, municipal organizations of the political organization of PP « Right » were organized – said Palevski.

At the same time, Palevski pointed out that every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, he personally broadcast live program on several social platforms. Every Tuesday, at 10 o’clock, he went to the « DEFICULT », on Wednesday at 9pm, « Crush Debate », and on Friday and the Zoom Application Committee, because four members were from Macedonians around the world.

-In addition to this activity, in November 2023 the project banksters for money laundering in the Republic of Macedonia, in official banks, supported by the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia. -And the motives for such behavior, the suspension of the right to presumption of innocence, there is no reason because the head of the Skopje Public Prosecutor’s Office, Gavril Bubevski, and Oliver Spasovski are directly responsible for money laundering in the Republic of Macedonia. Oliver Spasovski gave consent as Minister of Interior, Iranian citizen, drone smuggler to open a non -resident account in NATO banks of the Republic of Macedonia. It is precisely this responsibility and serious crime that according to the amounts deposited in the Republic of Macedonia and its banks, is a sufficient reason to moral assassination of one man, the man is completely compromised, and the instrument after hearing a voice for this Public Prosecutor’s Office does not exist, to officially respond to a touching voice. This Public Prosecutor’s Office, I think of Skopje, does not respond, identical to the weapons in this trial – said Palevski.

According to Palevski, the media is also completely « corrupted by the banking sector and will not exist without the support of the banking sector ».

The very policy we started with the political party is the reason for this attitude of the media, as it is the only political party that has launched an initiative to referendum on a very painful issue – Palevski told the court.

At the beginning of today’s trial, Vanja’s father, Aleksandar Gjorcevski, responded to several questions by Judge Ivica Stefanovski, pointing out that the footage of the hairdressers, a cafe, a cafe, a gasoline and a Savings house, were viewed by the footage.

Palevski is the last witness to testify, after other defendants, besides the prosecution’s witnesses.

Defendant Velibor Manev explained the abduction and killings of Vanja and Pance, pointing out that the main organizer was Ljupco Palevski. Bore Videvski denied his participation in the events, while Vlatko Kesishev pointed out that he did not testify to them, as he was often given the task of guarding a guard. Vanja’s father, Alexander, in his press court, has denied any connection to the case and does not know the defendants.

The indictment states that Ljupco Palevski, Bore Videvski, Velibor Manev, Vlatko Kesishov and Aleksandar Gjorcevski, together planned the abduction of 14-year-old Vanja in order to force a member of her immediate family to give money for ransom. The abduction of the damaged Pance Zezhovski in Veles, on the indictment, was intended to force him to give their own « Citroen » vehicle to use the child to abduct the child in Skopje.

Juvenile Vanja and Pance Veles were reported missing on November 27 and 24, and on December 3, 2023, dead were found near Skopje and Veles.
