Palevski claims he did not participate in Vanja’s abduction and murder, says the day was in the bank

The first defendant for the murder of Vanja and Pance, Ljupco Palevski, claims that on the day of Vanja’s murder he was in the bank to pay bills, after which he went to the market of the Buy a boiler heater, and returned to the headquarters of the « right » political party where he had meetings with the party.

Responding to questions from his defense defense Jovica Straseski, today at the Basic Criminal Court in Skopje, he said he had not committed the crime. He denied guilt that he had participated in the kidnapping and murder of Vanja and Pance.

« I have no motive to do this crime, I have not even had and I have not committed this crime for which you read a quote on charges and you ask me, » Palevski said.

According to Palevski, « False Titles and Manupulations » has been lying to the public for more than a year, stressing that the BPPO, although they have overthrown hard drive, has not expertized him and he has not been attached as evidence, that is, as he said, « he hides that I have 200,000 illegally recorded conversations ».

« This case is full of indications from the place of being the murdered child, from the victim’s source in relation to the building where the child was wrapped, indications that are false and deliberately made, » Palevski said.

Asked where he was on 27.11.2023, the Day of the Murder, Palevski said that that day he became 8 and 30 unusually early for him to burn the boiler because he was cold after which crime materials arrived for more than $ 500 million, and ordered his party to withdraw any information from the internet.

He walked the dog, read news, drank coffee, and headed for Halk Bank at about 10am.

Palevski noted that Kesishev was not then in the party and thought he was leaving Stip that was not uncommon.

Asked, when was the last time they were in the building they had built, and from where the BPPO’s claim was kidnapped by Vanja Gjorcevska, Palevski said he was not more than 25 years.

– Since 1999 when I sold the apartment in that building, more than 25 years ago, where my company that was building and selling the building was not in the facility where the damaged child was abducted, but I was up to the building because of two meters from the building to the very entrance, I have a substation from which there are only 11 buildings.

Palevski, in response to his defense defender’s questions, said he had never driven Zezhovski’s citrusion, especially as the investigation never had traces of the house of Zezhovski and the locality of holes where he was found to determine where he was burning where the car was burned.

– The investigation in SIA Veles has been destroyed – said Palevski.

Asked if she was in Pance’s house, Palevski said she was not in the house, nor in its surroundings.

– Not only are they illogical but also inaccurate, because besides the two videos of moving the vehicle I listed, the BPPO with the indictment offered another proof of presence in the house of Pance Zezhovski, which is a phone brand owned by the damaged Pance Zezovski. That evidence is expertly on the orders of BPPO Veles and DNA traces of a certain Aleksandar Velinovski from Delcevo who is neither suspected nor accused, traces of Ljupco Palevski are on that phone – said Palevski.

According to Palevski, no criminal technical processing was made at the house of Pance Zezovski, nor any trace except the records. Palevski also said he did not know where Rudnik’s scene is.

Regarding the fact that at the previous hearing it was mentioned by the defendants that he was buying tools, Palevski said « I do not remember that I bought tools, as Vlatko Kesishov and Velibor Manev pointed out ».

Asked if it was true that he had forced Kesishov to change the statement, Palevski said « No, his statements are different because they were read by the BPPO ».

« In one claims that the tool was left in the event of an event holes, that the previous day the Vanja hole had been dug up to the court, after coordination with Judge Krstic and lawyer Efremov changed his statement and said he had not remembered that he had previously been dug and that the tool was removed from the Reno Kangu.

Palevski said that the BPPO found that he fired at Pance Zezhovski without any evidence, thanks to the statement by Velibor Manev, who said, as he pointed out « in three hearings is completely different from one another ».

– I have never been to an event to an event and I have not shot at Pance Zezhovski, but Pance Zezhovski has definitely not killed on 22.11.2023 because it is impossible for Hotel Cameras to be spotted at 10:30 pm, and the first call to Vlatko Roads, to get out of the car, to kill. Palevski also said that it was not true that he had purchased the motorcycle.

« It is true that I was interested, but when Velibor Manev purchased them in the headquarters, I did not think about motorolas, because if I needed, I would ask them, » Palevski said.

Asked if he purchased WD40 and for which purpose, Palevski said he did not purchase and thought that the court had determined who bought, ie a fiscal account was shown at Velibor Manev.

Palevski, earlier in his statement before the court, again disputed the allegations against him, arguing that the prosecution’s evidence is incomplete and manipulative.

Palevski is the last witness to testify, after previously, besides the prosecution’s witnesses, the father Aleksandar Gjorcevski, as well as the other defendants, was heard. Defendant Velibor Manev explained the abduction and killings of Vanja and Pance, pointing out that the main organizer was Ljupco Palevski. Bore Videvski denied his participation in the events, while Vlatko Kesishev pointed out that he did not testify to them, because he was often given the task of guarding a guard.

The indictment states that Ljupco Palevski, Bore Videvski, Velibor Manev, Vlatko Kesishov and Aleksandar Gjorcevski, together planned the abduction of 14-year-old Vanja in order to force a member of her immediate family to give money for ransom. The abduction of the damaged Pance Zezhovski in Veles, on the indictment, was intended to force him to give them his own « Citroen » vehicle to use the child to abduct the child in Skopje. Juvenile Vanja and Pance resident were reported missing on November 27 and 24, and on December 3, 2023, dead were found near Skopje and Veles.
