Palevski and Videvski’s defense claims the BPPO is contradictory about the evidence presented

The defense of the defendants Ljupco Palevski and Bore Videvski for the murder of Vanja Gjorcevska and Pance Zezhovski claims that there are contradictions by the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Skopje over the evidence she has carried out during the main hearing. According to lawyer Jovica Strasheski, the representative of the first defendant Ljupco Palevski, the prosecution is recenting from forensics and claims he has presented evidence before the court, while lawyer Bojan Manev, who represents the third defendant Bora Videvski, claims that the time of killing.

The Court of Criminal Court Skopje ended today in the case of the murder of juvenile Vanja Gjorcevska and Veles from Pance Zezhovski. The trial continues on June 2 with the prosecution’s completed words.

Strasheski assessed that SMS messages and other evidence that was presented to the court today as a defense, the BPPO’s claim that there is a time difference in the footage of Velibor Manev’s yard.

– From what the prosecution had presented it, you have seen yourself that they are reiterating those forensics and claims. At today’s trial it turned out that the footage that the prosecution showed last time, which claimed to be a time difference, with SMS messages and other evidence we have led to them that the time difference is suitable, and on the other hand show Velibor Manev and claim that they are spoken by their evidence that they are in the vicin. Expert, now show other shovels, which means that the prosecution is opposed to its evidence day by day – said Straseski.

According to him, the prosecution has tried « to smuggle in the public that the footage is one hour back to avoid being caught in a lie ».

– And the MoI forensics stated that the recordings were in real time, but after being caught and depressed by us that they were lying about the footage and that they were not from that time, they tried to smuggle in the public that the footage was one hour back to avoid.

Lawyer Manev, meanwhile, stressed that the time of Pance Zezhovski’s murder did not correspond to the time stated in the indictment and that footage of Makpetrol and Lukoil’s petrol stations near Veles, which they proposed at today’s hearing, will prove the Kangu movement.

– Those footage should prove the movement of Kanguto in the critical period. It would be proof that Kanguto was not moving after that relation, because for Kanguto to reach the house of Velibor Manev must pass by those two petrol stations. When you see that those footage in the aforementioned period there is no Kanguto, it will be clear whether those footage of Velibor Manev’s house are true or not true… The second thing is that those recordings will show that the time stated in the indictment does not correspond to the time of the killing.

As to how the recordings will provide, given that the court has told him that the evidence should be provided alone, and if he does not provide, he will not be evidence, Manev said he would ask the Veles Public Prosecutor’s Office, because, as he said, they were given as orders from the Veles Basic Court.

« We will provide the footage in a way that we will ask the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Veles, because they exist there, we are not given as evidence, but there are because they are given as orders from the Veles Basic Court, I will eventually request them from the Veles Basic Court and make them, » Manev said.
