Pakistan closes border with Iran
Pakistan has closed all border crossings with Iran for an unspecified time due to attacks between Israel and Iran.
« The border crossings in all five districts are closed, » said Kadir Bakes Pirkani, a local government official in the province of Baluchistan, which borders Iran.
During the weekend, Tehran said Pakistan would attack Israel with nuclear weapons in the event of an Israeli nuclear attack on Iran.
Iranian General Mohsen Rezai has told state television that Pakistan has agreed to support Iran and nuclear will attack Israel if it used nuclear weapons on Iran.
Pakistan told us that if Israel uses a nuclear bomb on Iran, then Pakistan will also attack Israel with a nuclear bomb, Rezai said.
But Pakistan denied General Rezai. Pakistani Defense Minister Hawalja Muhammad Asif said Islamabad had not undertaken such an obligation.
– Our nuclear capacities serve the well -being of our people and the defense of our country from the hostile plans of our enemies. We are not pursuing a hegemonic policy against our neighbors, as Israel is largely done these days – Asif said.
Pakistan and Iran share a 909km common limit.
