Painter Natalja Donskaya’s works – nature inspired by creative work
The artist living and creating in Kėdainiai has organized personal exhibitions of painting in Lithuania, 2023. and 2024. participated in the visual arts festival Kaunas Arts. The painter is actively participating in international collective art exhibitions, abroad. Her work has been presented in Thailand, France, India, Turkey, Spain, India, France, Italy. Collaborates with art galleries in Klaipeda, Gabrielle Art Gallery and Swan Gallery in Kaunas.
N. Donskaya’s works are often associated with abstract forms and in a very diverse harmony of expressive colors. Through them, the author expresses the emotions of her inner world. Another feature of the artist’s work is the motifs of flowers, plants, which she freely interpret and transform. The artist is well recognized by the viewer according to the work cycles painted in recent years: « Nature Figures », « Florist Ideas », « Flower Dreams ».

The painter’s work is characterized by intense coloring consisting of many colors, shades, nuanced, aesthetic form. This is how the artist is evidenced by the color and form of harmony, the concept of aestheticized world, with many colors, light and joyful images of the environment. The light and positive energy emanating from her works also performs therapeutic function – it opens to exhibition visitors a brighter, happier controversial, anxiety world.
As the paintings of N. Donskaya, the brightness of her work, the very diverse scale of the authors, the colorful combinations, the dynamic and expressive images of nature, including the abstract symbolism, which cause quite different illusions, cause reflection on man and nature, human place in the world.
The artist expresses her feelings and creative visions through the abstract but recognizable motif of nature, which seem to be extremely simple, but through them the author seeks a connection with the viewer and evaluator of her work. N. Donskaya talks about the beauty and light of our environment, and in his cycles of work emphasize the emotional connection between man and nature, the apotheosis of life.
In N. Donskaya’s work, we see a view of the world, with many paired nature motifs and a sense of harmony from them, arising from the author’s admiration for the environment around us and the desire to make sense of that environment.
