Bard Publishing House has announced that a new book with Jacques Pepen recipes – one of the most famous chefs in the world, will be published in mid -May.

In « Cook Like Me, » Papen shares his experience in economical cooking at home. The book includes over 150 easy -to -perform recipes and how to save money, time and effort. The outlook will be richly illustrated and with hardcover.

« Choose seasonal products when at the most affordable prices, with a wonderful aroma and taste. Do not neglect the cheap pieces of meat. Use as many of the ingredients as possible, keeping the meat and other vegetables for broth, soup or even sauce. Turn the debris from lunch or dinner into a perfect, delicious meal. »

Here are some of the recipes in the book:

  • Roman lettuce salad with croutons;
  • Corn soufflé with cheese;
  • Ragu from Papuda and Kale;
  • Muscat pumpkin on a pan;
  • Zucchini and tomatoes;
  • Baked salmon with oil pesto;
  • Turkey breast scalpins in a creamy mushroom sauce;
  • Croquettes of mussels;
  • Strawberries with sour cream and brown sugar.

Jacques Papen (89) is a French chef, winner of numerous awards, author and presenter of television programs who lives and works in the United States. He is the author and co -author of nearly 20 books. In Bulgaria, it is mostly known for « Every day with Jacques Papen », « Jacques Papen – Fast and Easy », « Fast Kitchen for Everyone » and « Cook at Home with Julia and Jacques ».
