– What evidence does it take?

– If we are talking about leading suicide, the data that were disseminated were addressed to that victim. Since it is an intentional crime, it was exposed to intentionally, in a purposeful action, for that person to deprive his or her life. As a result, not only the consequences, but also the motive are important. What matters is what the aspiration of that person was. I want to say what these cases are not much – they are very complex in the proof. Only a small part of them reaches the court, when both the victim’s parents, the environment and the various services that are involved in the process work very carefully and very carefully.
