– The man was hospitalized, and the police began to explain the circumstances of the incident. In the first phase, the police conducted activities towards the accident. However, during the conducted proceedings, the police secured evidence, which gradually excluded the traffic accident, while indicating a deliberate deduction of pedestrian – informs the horseshoes. A month later a breakthrough occurred. It was identifying the vehicle that hit a man. Then the police quickly determined the skoda driver and all its passengers.
– The material gathered in the course of the proceedings indicated that there was no traffic accident, but a deliberate deduction of the man with whom the perpetrator remained in the conflict. Policemen also determined that there were as many as five people in the car at the time of hit. Everyone moved away from the scene, without providing assistance to the injured party and not informing the emergency services – reports a police spokesman.
The skoda driver was a 30-year-old man who heard allegations of intentional pedestrian deduction, as a result of which he suffered injuries causing health for health over seven days and not helping.
Allegations for the driver and passengers
One of the Skoda passengers was a 26-year-old manwhich in chili detention had intoxicants in the form of a mephedrone and marijuana. He heard allegations of not providing help and having intoxicants. The other three passengers will also be responsible for not helping.
– After reading the evidence, the District Prosecutor’s Office in Otwock requested the District Court in Otwock to apply the strictest from preventive measures in the form of detention on remand. The District Court in Otwock covered the driver with a police supervision, combined with a ban on approaching the injured party – said a police spokesman.
The 26-year-old passenger was also covered by police supervision. The 30-year-old driver is punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment. The other three passengers will also be responsible for not helping.
