The damage in Slovenia started selling its second electric model, ELROQ. The name is a bit reminiscent of the Karoq model, which is also a sports utility vehicle, as a classic drive. ELROQA can be very simplified in the electric karoqa.
But ELROQ is not a karoq that would install an electric motor instead of a petrol. It is a 4.5 -meter SUV, prepared on a well -known Volkswagen -based MEB group designed exclusively for electric cars, and basically has a rear drive.
In the style of the brand, ELROQ is a spacious product, both front and rear, even in the trunk. It has some new design highlights (with the Modern Solid market designation), they are most prominent in the front of the car, which now has the name of the brand instead of the sign, the mask is more closed, minimalist lights with holy diodes. The rear is more like smaller sports utility vehicle we already know. Inside, there are several similarities, for example, with a larger ENYAQOM electric model, a large center touch screen stands out.

Despite the latest drive, the Volkswagen Cars from this platform do not have a front boot, froic. However, in the case of ELROQA, we may be forgiven, as the last luggage of 470 liters seems spacious and has a useful shape. It was in this part of the vehicle that they tried with some practical solutions: on the inside of the tailgate there is a network for storing a charging cable, another is stored under the double bottom of the tailgate, in the edge of the tailgate is a scraper for the window, the tailing shelf can be installed higher or lower.

ELROQAs offer three differently powerful batteries (52, 59 and 77 kWh), including various powerful engines (125, 150 and 210 kW). They have ELROQ 50, ELROQ 60 and ELROQ 85 labels. Given the capacity of battery and drive, they speak of an official range of 375, 403 and 581 kilometers, in reality we expect lower values, depending on the weather and driving style. With alternating flow, ELROQ can be filled with 11 kW and with one -way up to 175 kW, and this speed will also need to be experienced in practice.
It is made together with Enyaq and Octavio in the Škoda Center in Young Boleslav. Prices? ELROQ with the smallest battery in Slovenia is just under € 35,000, with a greater 36 thousand, with the largest, 41,000, of course, all without a subsidy. For an entry price model, the highest subsidy is available, for the remaining two performances slightly smaller.

It should be mentioned that over time, Elroq will be available with four -wheel drive, which will have an engine on the front axis, and will also prepare a more sporty performance. This year, they are counting on 250 customers at the Slovenian ELROQ Agent. It will be interesting to see if there will be more natural persons than before, electric enyaqa was buying mainly businesses. When asked what models ELROQ was supposed to be the most competing with, the director of Škoda at Porsche Slovenia Petr Podlipny told us that more than competitors is an important stable environment with various factors decisive in promoting electric mobility.
At Skoda, they will be sent to the market of the renovated ENYAQ on the electric theme before the summer, and next year it will be a long time for a large electric SUV, which was indicated by a Vision 7S study, including for the EPIQ model, the smallest electric car of the brand. They will then be prepared by the electrical performance of the octavia.
